Acceptance of terms

By accessing, downloading, or using Dosely, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using Dosely means you accept these terms in full.

Medical disclaimer

• Dosely is not a medical device. The service has not been reviewed or approved as a medical device by any regulatory authority.
• Dosely does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app or on this website is intended as a substitute for professional medical advice.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medications, dosages, side effects, and any health decisions.
• Dosely provides reminder and tracking tools only. The app is intended to assist you in remembering and recording your own routines.

In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on Dosely for urgent or emergency care.

User accounts

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Specifically, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security — keeping your account safe from unauthorized access.
• Providing accurate information — ensuring the details you give us are correct and current.
• Protecting login credentials — not sharing passwords or access with others.

If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@mydosely.com.

Subscriptions

Dosely+ is an optional paid subscription that unlocks advanced features.

• Billing options — Monthly and yearly billing options are available.
• Auto-renewal — Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managed externally — Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Refunds — Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform through which you purchased your subscription.

To cancel your subscription, visit your Apple ID subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions page on your device.

Family Sharing

Family Sharing is a Dosely+ feature that lets you stay connected with the people you care about.

• Premium users may create family groups as part of their Dosely+ subscription.
• Family members join using invitation codes generated by the group creator.
• Shared information is only visible when consent is granted by the person whose data is being shared.
• Consent may be revoked at any time from in-app settings.

Acceptable use

To keep Dosely safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:

• Abuse the platform or any of its features.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or its users.
• Upload harmful, illegal, or malicious content.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Limitation of liability

Dosely is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dosely is not responsible for:

• Missed medication doses — including any health consequences that may result.
• Notification delivery failures — caused by device settings, operating system behaviour, network issues, or service outages.
• User-entered data inaccuracies — including incorrect medication names, dosages, or schedules.
• Health outcomes — Dosely is a reminder tool and is not responsible for any medical or health outcomes.

Dosely is a supportive companion — not a substitute for proper medical care, attentiveness, or professional guidance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to harm other users, or misuse the service. Where possible, we will give reasonable notice before doing so.

You may delete your account at any time from in-app settings.

Changes to terms

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the service, new features, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.

Continued use of Dosely after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
