To provide medication reminders and tracking, Dosely collects the following information when you create an account and use the app:

• Account information — the details you provide when signing up.
• Email address — used for account access, recovery, and important service notifications.
• Profile information — your name and any optional profile details you choose to share.
• Medication schedules — the medications, vitamins, and supplements you add, along with their dosages and timing.
• Medication history — when doses are marked taken, skipped, or missed.
• Reminder preferences — your notification settings and preferred reminder times.
• Subscription information — your Dosely+ subscription status and plan type.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to operate and improve Dosely. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Provide medication reminders at your scheduled times.
• Track adherence and maintain your medication history.
• Sync data securely across your devices.
• Improve app performance, reliability, and features.
• Provide customer support when you reach out.
• Process subscriptions and manage Dosely+ access.

We do not use your medication data for advertising, and we never sell your personal information to third parties.

Family Sharing

Dosely+ includes an optional Family Sharing feature that allows trusted loved ones to view your medication progress. We've designed it with consent and control at the centre:

• Family Sharing is optional. It is turned off by default.
• You choose what to share. You decide whether to share medication history with family members.
• Visibility is limited. Medication history is only visible to approved family members you've explicitly invited or accepted.
• You can revoke access at any time. Remove members or turn off sharing from your settings whenever you choose.
• Your data is never sold. Shared medication data is used only to provide the Family Sharing feature.

Data storage

We take the security of your information seriously.

• Your data is stored securely using Firebase services, a managed cloud platform provided by Google.
• We apply industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your data.
• Access is restricted to authorized Dosely team members who require it to operate and support the service.

Subscription information

Dosely+ subscriptions are processed by Apple and Google, not by us directly.

• Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Dosely does not store payment card information. All billing details are handled by the relevant app store.
• To manage, change, or cancel a subscription, please use your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Your rights

You have full control over the information you've shared with Dosely. At any time, you may:

• Access your data — view all information stored in your account.
• Update your data — change or correct your profile and medication details.
• Delete your account — permanently remove your account and associated data.
• Revoke Family Sharing consent — disable sharing or remove members at any time.
• Request data removal — contact us to request a full export or deletion of your data.
