Option 1 — Fastest

Delete directly in the app.

The quickest way to delete your account is directly from Dosely. Follow these steps:

Open Dosely

Launch the Dosely app on your iPhone or Android device.

Go to Settings

Tap your profile icon in the top corner, then select Settings.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm.

Confirm deletion

Confirm your choice. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Via email

Request deletion by email.

If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your Dosely account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.

What happens to your data

What gets deleted.

When you delete your account, here's exactly what happens to each type of data:

Medication schedules	Permanently deleted	Within 30 days
Medication history	Permanently deleted	Within 30 days
Reminder preferences	Permanently deleted	Within 30 days
Family Sharing data	Permanently deleted	Within 30 days
Subscription status	Anonymised	Retained for billing records

Active subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Dosely+ subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings before or after deleting your account to avoid future charges.
